We're looking for a Blockchain Analyst to help shape SkillChain's curriculum and token model. You'll research emerging protocols, analyse DeFi trends, and turn complex on-chain mechanics into clear educational content that students actually understand.

• Research and document blockchain protocols, tokenomics, and DeFi mechanics for curriculum use
• Review and quality-check course content submitted by external creators
• Contribute to the $SKILL token model — supply, distribution, staking mechanics
• Monitor on-chain data and translate insights into student-friendly explainers
• Collaborate with the content team on quizzes, assessments, and certification criteria

• 2+ years experience in blockchain / Web3 research, analysis, or education
• Strong understanding of DeFi, L1/L2 architecture, and tokenomics
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

You'll be the architect of SkillChain's on-chain layer — building the smart contracts that power $SKILL token distribution, creator revenue splits, NFT certificates, and the course marketplace. Built on Base (EVM-compatible).

• Design and develop core SkillChain contracts: $SKILL token, revenue sharing, NFT certs, staking
• Write comprehensive tests and conduct internal audits before deployment
• Collaborate with front-end to integrate contracts via wagmi / ethers.js
• Contribute to the Base deployment and mainnet launch strategy
• Stay close to EVM tooling improvements, gas optimisation, and security best practices

• Strong Solidity experience — at least one deployed production contract
• Familiarity with Hardhat or Foundry, OpenZeppelin, and testing frameworks
• Understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, proxy patterns, and access control
• Security-first mindset — you've read common vulnerability patterns and you care deeply
• Experience with Base or Optimism is a plus

This is a mission-critical role. You'll open doors with schools, teachers, and educational institutions — turning SkillChain from a platform into a curriculum standard. Target markets: Germany, Poland, Nigeria, India.

• Identify and reach out to school decision-makers, teachers, and curriculum directors
• Onboard pilot schools onto SkillChain's teacher dashboard
• Build relationships with Ministries of Education and EdTech bodies in target regions
• Gather school feedback and relay it directly into product decisions
• Design and run inter-school blockchain competitions with $SKILL prize pools

• Experience in B2B partnerships, EdTech sales, or institutional outreach
• Strong existing networks in education or a demonstrated ability to build them fast
• Genuine passion for education — especially in emerging markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Multilingual a strong plus (Ukrainian, Polish, French, or Hindi)

You'll build SkillChain's educational backbone — creating the first flagship courses, defining quality standards for creator submissions, and making sure every student (from a 14-year-old in Kyiv to a developer in Lagos) leaves with real knowledge.

• Design and produce SkillChain's first 3–5 flagship Web3 courses end-to-end
• Define the course quality rubric and review framework for external creators
• Work with the blockchain analyst to ensure technical accuracy
• Build age-differentiated content tracks for school students vs. adult self-learners
• Write quiz frameworks, assessment criteria, and NFT certification standards

• Experience in instructional design, EdTech content, or online course production
• Solid grasp of Web3 concepts (blockchain, DeFi, wallets, tokens) — you don't need to code
• Ability to write clearly and engagingly for a non-technical student audience
• High standards and a good eye for what makes learning actually stick

You'll own SkillChain's audience — growing our Twitter, Discord, and Telegram from zero, running the KOL partnership program, and building the community that will carry the token launch. Equal parts strategist and day-to-day executor.

• Grow and run SkillChain's social presence: Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram
• Manage the KOL partnership pipeline — sourcing, onboarding, and tracking performance
• Plan and execute token launch community campaigns and airdrop events
• Create and distribute content that attracts both students and Web3 natives
• Build community rituals: weekly AMAs, student spotlights, leaderboard events

• Proven track record growing a Web3 or tech community from early stage
• Deep understanding of crypto Twitter culture, meme dynamics, and Discord communities
• Experience managing KOL or influencer relationships end-to-end
• Data-driven: you track follower growth, engagement rates, and referral conversions
